I'm writing this email to sincerely thank you for the wonderful customer service I received when I called your company about my money counter! My machine is roughly 6 years old, and this was the first time I have had to call for service. At 830 pm on Thursday night, I called looking for someone to walk me through repair procedures, expecting to leave a message and get a call back Friday or Saturday, like some companies do. Instead, John picks up the line and says, "How can I help you". I was astounded and told him so. I couldn't believe I had a real person, and not an answering machine! After a
10 minute phone conversation, he had my money counter working great again, and I'm back to taking good care of my business, because he takes such good care of his. WOW!.

We have been using the Cash Mate Machines for about 10 months now and it has been a tremendous help to our organization. It has increase productivity as well as accuracy. The following are some examples collected from a few of our stores on how it has helped them.
- The process is much faster for those who have barriers to employment.
- Faster counting time puts our clerks out on the floor faster as they are spending less time counting in/out.
- Improves accuracy and less recounting.
- It's easier and builds confidence with our clerks.
- Fewer mistakes more production they feel like they're doing more at a faster pace.
- It also cuts supervisor's time at audit time and supervisor can get back out on the floor quicker as well.
- At one particular location they were able to cut back time from one hour to half an hour at closing time due to less time being spent counting money.
The average time to open a terminal has gone from 8-10 min. per term each morning – to 2 min per terminal per day – A savings of 8 hours per month or 96 hours per year. At the closing process it has cut down on the errors as we use the machine to verify our nightly deposit. Again saving us the time we would normally spend to investigate the errors. Hi John,
Thanks again for your help today with re-calibrating my money counter. You were excellent in helping me and I was totally blown away with the service you provided. I didn't even purchase the machine from you and on top of that you didn't charge me for the service call.
I purchased the Ca$hMate money counter in 2008.
This purchase was the best investment I made. It has cut my time balancing cash floats in half and it is so easy to use. Just put the money on the counter, it counts it and prints you a total. I have had no mechanically or software issues with the machine and it still works great even after 4 years. The only issue now was with the new Canadian Loonie and Toonie coins. It had to be re-calibrated, which John helped me do in 10mins.
I would definitely recommend the Ca$hMate Counter machine to anyone who handles money.
You won't be disappointed.
As you can tell I am totally satisfied with the Ca$hMate money counter. Can't do without it.

I purchased a CashMate® with printer for our central office and we were very pleased. We decided to also try it out at one of our locations. We have now purchased a CashMate® and printer for each site and include them as part of a startup package for every one of our new locations. They are unbelievably reliable and fast. It now takes a fraction of the time to count cash and the added accountability of the printed totals is a huge plus as well. I would recommend a CashMate® for any business looking to account for cash coming in no matter how large or small the volume of cash flow.
